Karmali is a family-owned, privately structured conglomerate now led by its fourth generation, overseeing the Karmali family’s diverse international investments and businesses. To expand their presence, the family established Belmont Royce, a privately held real estate investment, development, and management firm based in Palm Beach, Florida. Together, these brands represent a blend of legacy, strategic growth, and modern sophistication, driven by a results-focused, for-profit approach.

With the launch of Belmont Royce, this presented the perfect opportunity to elevate the digital presence and combine both brands under one unified online experience. The challenge was to design a single, modern gateway that feels intuitive and luxurious, showcasing each brand’s unique story and audience while clearly highlighting their shared connection.

I designed a streamlined landing experience where users first arrive at a main hub and intuitively choose to explore Karmali or Belmont Royce. Consistent navigation, typography, and subtle shared elements tie the two sites together, while tailored visuals and content respect what makes each brand distinct. The result is a unified, elegant web presence that feels timeless yet contemporary.
